The gorgeous Jasmine & Keith tied the knot at one of our absolute favourite venues - Dodford Manor in Northampton back in January. This picturesque location, renowned for its stunning countryside views and charming rustic aesthetic (plus a few added sheep roaming around), provided the perfect backdrop for their special day.
As Jasmine is second cousin to our very own Team Rustic members Gemma & Lesley, naturally we were all super excited to get involved with the styling and floral design for this particular wedding and as an added bonus; G & L were even invited to join in with the evening celebrations too! It was just so lovely to see the guests enjoying themselves and hearing first hand how much they loved the decor.
The colours yellow & mauve played a dominant role in the styling & flowers, which created the most gorgeous and visually captivating atmosphere. The vibrant yellow roses, often associated with sunshine and warmth, brought a sense of joy to the overall aesthetic and it just so happens that yellow roses are Jasmine & Keith's aboslute favourite flower & are symbolic of their love for one another. This combination of yellow and mauve not only complemented each other beautifully but also created a harmonious balance between brightness and subtlety.
Jasmine looked absolutely gorgoeus of course wearing a stunning & intricately designed dress covered in floral embroidery and Keith looked fab too!
Anyway thats enough gushing from us... over to J & K to tell us a little bit more about their day...

Tell us a little bit about your wedding day...?
Our wedding day was at Dodford Manor Barn on Friday 17th January 2025. We had the most amazing day, everything fell into place exactly how it should of been surrounded by our close family and friends and of course our 3 boys.

What was your favourite part of the whole day?
We had our wedding ceremony in Dodford Manor's mortain ceremony barn with team rustic decorating the room and setting the scene with our gorgeous choice of colours mauve and mustard yellow.
At the top of the aisle, our rustic wooden archway was positioned next to the ceremony table, both adorned with flowing mauve fabric and fresh floral arrangements, creating a focal point at the front of the room.
Side tie drapes decorated the chairs lining the aisle with gold lanterns & fairy lights at their base. At the halfway point, we added a little stack of rustic crates to display a couple of photographs of Jasmine's beautiful horse, their dog and a family member who was unable to attend after passing away. This was then repositioned next to the cards box & guestbook following the ceremony.

Which styling element did you love the most?
We went with the mauve colour to match my wedding dress as I went for a slightly different design for my wedding dress! Also the bridesmaids dresses were mauve colour. And we picked mustard yellow as it's mine and Keith's favourite colour as a couple. We also wanted the rustic look to match with the venue itself. I loved it all.

Lesley created the bridal party flowers using a variety of "sunshine" yellow & "memory lane" mavue roses teamed with lots of textured greenery.
What was your favourite part of the whole day?
The most special part was our ceremony of course but on the whole we would say that having some family time with our boys and taking a moment to walk across the fields after the ceremony was simply amazing.
Another big moment for us was our first dance and then dancing the night away with all our friends and family.

Any top tip for engaged couples?
Enjoy all the planning and preparation up to your big day as you will only do it once... (hopefully!)
And on your special day, try to enjoy every moment as it really does go so fast!

Why did you choose Team Rustic?
With Lesley and Gemma being close relatives it had to be team rustic!
But also, I was following Lesley's work for quite some time before getting engaged and loved all of the venues that they had styled so I knew I wanted team rustic to style our day!
They did a fabulous job and made me feel really at ease with all the preparation.

We'd like to wish a huge congratulations once again to Jasmine & Keith and thank you for your kinds words, the team really do appreciate your feedback!
We wish you both all the best for your future for you both and your boys.
